Terms of use

Last updated : 26 October 2026 · draft v1

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the FeedSourcing platform (“the Platform”), published by ALL4FEED (“the Publisher”), by any visitor and any account holder (“the User”). Creating an account or using the Platform implies unreserved acceptance of the Terms. The Platform is intended exclusively for professionals; consumer law does not apply. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Content provided for information only. The final legal text remains to be completed and validated by counsel.

1.Purpose of the Platform

FeedSourcing is a professional platform for networking and information in the animal feed sector (manufacturers, distributors, traders, producers, laboratories, service providers). It offers in particular:

  • a geolocated directory of companies in the sector, built from public sources, licensed data and company declarations (“the Directory”);
  • a catalogue of feed materials and additives, with their regulatory references and summaries written from official texts (“the Catalogue”);
  • a translated scientific bibliography linked to ingredients and species;
  • a resource centre, an agenda, alerts and personalised monitoring;
  • a professional area allowing a company to claim its record, publish its catalogue and documents, manage its members and business relations;
  • where applicable, a marketplace and paid subscription services.

Some modules are announced and opened progressively; they are flagged as such (“Coming soon”) and do not constitute an availability commitment.

2.Access and account

The Directory, the Catalogue, resources and the agenda can be consulted without an account. Access to the professional area, company contact details, documents, the full bibliography and alerts requires an account.

The User creates an account with a valid professional e-mail address and accurate information, which they keep up to date. They are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their authentication means (password, one-time codes, sign-in links) and for any use of their account, and inform the Publisher without delay of any unauthorised use.

The Publisher may refuse, suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of the Terms, inaccurate information, prolonged inactivity or a risk to the security of the Platform, after informing the User except in an emergency.

3.Company records, claims and the “Verified by ALL4FEED” badge

A company listed in the Directory may be claimed by a person authorised to represent it. A claim requires a Kbis extract (or equivalent document) less than three months old and a SIRET number; the Platform performs an automated reading (SIREN consistency, directors, e-mail domain) whose result is subject to human review. The Publisher may request any additional supporting document and refuse a claim without having to give reasons.

A fraudulent claim (false declaration, forged document, impersonation) results in the immediate deletion of the account and may give rise to legal action.

The “Verified by ALL4FEED” badge is granted by the Publisher after review, for a renewable one-year period, to companies subscribed to a paid plan that meet the conditions. It attests to an identity and consistency check as of the date of its award, not to the quality of the company’s products or services. The Publisher may withdraw it at any time in case of doubt or breach.

Companies linked to an account (head office, subsidiaries, establishments) must be genuinely related; a request to be linked as a subsidiary is subject to acceptance by the company concerned.

4.Directory data and accuracy

The Directory is built from public sources (Sirene, DGAL and DGCCRF official lists, certification bodies), licensed data and company declarations. Each record shows its sources and, for official-list entries, the establishment concerned (SIRET). The Publisher applies automated matching and reasonable checks but does not guarantee the completeness or permanent accuracy of these data, which may change between two source updates.

Any company may request the correction of its record or its removal from the Directory via the “Removal request” page available from its record. An accepted removal request is recorded in an opposition list that prevents the record from returning during later synchronisations.

A company’s contact details (e-mail, phone) are only communicated to signed-in Users, at their request, within a limit of 60 disclosures per hour and 300 per day; each disclosure is logged.

5.User content

The User is solely responsible for the content they publish (record information, catalogue, documents, listings, messages, reviews). They warrant that they hold the rights to it and that it is accurate, lawful, fair and compliant with the regulations applicable to their activity (in particular Regulations (EC) No 178/2002, No 183/2005, No 1831/2003 and (EU) No 68/2013 as regards feed claims).

They grant the Publisher, for the duration of publication and worldwide, a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, technically adapt (formats, thumbnails, excerpts, translation) and distribute such content on the Platform and in related communications (alerts, newsletter).

Unlawful, misleading, disparaging, infringing content, content violating privacy or public order, and any advertising for products not authorised in animal feed are prohibited. The Publisher may remove any content contrary to the Terms and, upon notice, make it inaccessible under the LCEN and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.

6.Prohibited uses and protection of the Platform

Without the Publisher’s written authorisation, it is prohibited to:

  • extract, scrape, copy or reuse in an automated or systematic way all or a substantial part of the Directory, the Catalogue, the bibliography or the resources (scraping, crawling, bulk export), in breach of the database producer’s sui generis right;
  • circumvent technical protection measures (rate limiting, banning, click-to-reveal contact details, anti-bot);
  • create several accounts to circumvent caps, use another person’s credentials or share access;
  • use the Platform for unsolicited mass prospecting, spam or the compilation of prospecting files;
  • introduce malicious software, test the security of the Platform without agreement, or disrupt its operation;
  • use AI-assisted content (summaries, translations) as a substitute for reading official texts for a regulatory decision.

The Publisher reserves the right to limit, suspend or block any access showing abusive behaviour (IP addresses, accounts) and to take any appropriate action, including under Articles L. 342-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code and 323-1 et seq. of the French Criminal Code.

7.Application programming interface (API)

Access to the API is reserved for subscribed companies holding a key issued from the professional area. The key is personal and confidential. The User only accesses their own data (catalogue, orders) and complies with the announced quotas. The Publisher may revoke a key in case of abuse or change of offer.

8.Subscriptions, prices and payment

Some features are reserved for the paid plans described on the Pricing page (prices excluding VAT, in euros). Subscription is made online; payment is entrusted to Stripe and may include a trial period whose duration is stated at the time of subscription.

Subscriptions are concluded for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) and tacitly renewed for an identical period, unless cancelled before the end of the period from the professional area or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; amounts paid remain due, unless otherwise provided by law. As a service between professionals, no right of withdrawal applies.

The Publisher may change its prices for future periods with at least thirty days’ notice; the User may then cancel before the new price takes effect. Invoices are available in the professional area. Any late payment results in the suspension of paid features after an unanswered reminder.

[TO COMPLETE: specific plan terms (seats, badge, monitoring), late-payment penalties in accordance with Art. L. 441-10 of the French Commercial Code.]

9.Intellectual property

The Platform, its structure, databases, texts, summaries, translations, illustrations (under their respective licences) and trademark are protected. The Terms only grant the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of access and use for their own professional needs.

Reproduced official documents (EU regulations, administrative lists) remain subject to their reuse conditions (© European Union, Licence Ouverte Etalab). Summaries and translations are reading aids: only the text published in the Official Journal of the European Union is authentic.

10.Availability, changes and maintenance

The Publisher endeavours to provide continuous access to the Platform, without any guarantee of availability or performance. It may interrupt access for maintenance, updates or security reasons, informing Users where possible. The Platform evolves continuously; features may be added, changed, frozen or removed, in particular within the pilot programme.

11.Pilot programme

Within the pilot programme (INNO EXPE NUMÉRIQUE), some volunteer Users are enrolled as pilot users. They accept a letter of commitment, answer an expectations questionnaire at entry and a feedback report at the end of the phase, and consent to their journey on the Platform (pages viewed, searches) being measured to draw up the programme report. This consent may be withdrawn at any time from the Publisher; feedback is used in anonymised or aggregated form in the report.

12.Liability

The Platform is an information and networking tool. The Publisher is not a party to the business relations formed between Users and does not guarantee the quality, compliance or delivery of the products and services they offer. Regulatory and scientific information is provided for documentary purposes, without replacing official texts or professional advice.

The Publisher’s liability may only be incurred in case of proven fault and is limited, all damages combined, to the amounts paid by the User during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability. It does not cover indirect damage (loss of turnover, customers, data, reputational harm) or damage resulting from use contrary to the Terms, network or third-party provider failure, or force majeure.

The User indemnifies the Publisher against any third-party claim related to the content they publish or their use of the Platform.

13.Personal data

The processing of personal data related to the Platform is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the Terms. Any User who publishes third-party contact details (members, customer contacts) warrants that they have informed the persons concerned.

14.Term, termination, account deletion

The Terms apply for the entire duration of use of the Platform. The User may delete their account at any time from “My account”; claimed company records become claimable again and published content may be removed or retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Publisher may terminate a User’s access in case of serious or repeated breach, after a formal notice remaining unanswered for fifteen days, except in an emergency.

15.Changes to the Terms

The Publisher may amend the Terms. The version in force is the one published on the Platform, with its revision date. Any substantial change is notified to account holders at least fifteen days before it takes effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

16.Governing law and disputes

The Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable solution; failing that, jurisdiction is granted to the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of [TO COMPLETE: city], including for interim proceedings, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims. The Terms are drafted in French; their translation is for information only.
