  • Sirene register (INSEE) and the Recherche d’entreprises API (DINUM) — Licence Ouverte 2.0;
  • Official lists of the French Directorate-General for Food (DGAL): approved establishments (Regulation (EC) No 183/2005) and registered establishments (order of 28 February 2000) — Licence Ouverte Etalab 2.0;
  • Registration of feed business operators (DGCCRF, data.economie.gouv.fr) — Licence Ouverte 2.0;

  • MovUP directory — [TO COMPLETE: commercial licence reference];
  • Information declared by companies themselves when they claim their record.

The catalogue of feed materials and additives reproduces the Catalogue of feed materials (Regulation (EU) No 68/2013), the EU Register of Feed Additives and the authorisation regulations published on EUR-Lex (© European Union, reuse authorised). The scientific bibliography is built from Europe PMC, HAL and the EFSA Journal; abstracts are translated and may be rephrased, the original document remaining cited.

Any company listed in the directory may request the correction or removal of its record: see the “Right to object” section of the Privacy Policy and the “Removal request” page available from each record.

5.Intellectual property

The FeedSourcing trademark, logo, visual identity, the structure of the Platform, its databases (within the meaning of Articles L. 341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code), its editorial texts and summaries are the property of the publisher or licensed to it. Any reproduction, representation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited, subject to legal exceptions.

The extraction and reuse of a substantial part of the directory or catalogue — in particular by automated scraping — are prohibited (Article L. 342-1 of the Intellectual Property Code). The technical measures implemented against such practices are described in the Terms of Use.

Company records and the documents they upload remain the property of their authors, who grant the publisher the licence needed for their publication (see Terms of Use).
